- 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months leading a work or project team.
- 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; managing workload and hiring promotions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations of the department, ensuring equipment uptime and safety compliance.
- Plan staffing, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.
- Monitor expenses and asset utilization, and prepare reports against budget.
- Develop and coach associates, identify training needs and support promotions.
