Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics experience OR 1 year transportation experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart
• Bachelor degrees in Business or Logistics are beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize transportation services to ensure timely and safe delivery
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates
• Set goals, manage staffing and scheduling, and coordinate workloads to meet production, quality, and safety targets
• Review business reports to monitor productivity and drive improvements
• Train and develop associates, supervise leaders, and participate in hiring and coaching
