Qualifications

• 5+ years of Management experience and 3+ years of Security Operations experience required.
• Must be flexible as the role is on call 24/7.
• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of services and fill in for Branch Manager/General Manager.
• Ensure contractually scheduled hours are met with minimal unbilled overtime.
• Provide prompt response to client and employee problems and complaints.
• Conduct site inspections and monthly after-hours site visits.
• Ensure proper maintenance of job site equipment.
