The ideal candidate has ROI/management experience, strong written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel ~50% to Houston, Bryan, and Livingston areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages daily scheduling of 8-20+ ROI Specialists across facilities.
• Ensures ROI activities comply with clinic policies and regulations.
• Act as liaison between MRO and client management staff.
• Perform quality assurance and performance evaluations for ROI staff.
• Oversee staffing coverage and paid time off; monitor performance.
