Cornerstone is seeking a Loan Officer who builds relationships and delivers results, guiding clients through major financial decisions and partnering with real estate professionals to grow a thriving loan practice.
You will originate and manage loan pipelines, coach regional LOs, recruit for the region, onboard new candidates, and support regional production strategies to drive growth.
