Job summary

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a Loan Officer who builds strong relationships and drives results. You will guide clients through major financial decisions and partner with real estate professionals to grow your business.

Responsibilities include originating loans, coaching regional loan officers, recruiting candidates, onboarding new hires, and supporting regional production strategies to achieve top performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years mortgage industry experience.
• NMLS Safe License required.
• 5 years supervisory OR 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
• Proficient in Sales.
• Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate
• Licensed by the applicable regulator in each state of licensable activity.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
