What you’ll do:

• Originate Loans by managing personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans) and managing the team pipeline of loans.
• Coaching existing Regional LO’s to assist them in achieving their top potential within the company.
• Recruiting LO candidates for the region.
• Onboarding new LO candidates, including training in the company’s sales culture and disciplines and coaching to assist them in achieving their top potential within the company.
• Assisting the region with production and support strategies.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time‑management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required.
• 5 years supervisory OR 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
• Proficient in Sales.
• Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate.
• Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state in which you do licensable activities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
