Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly employees, driving safety, quality, attendance and performance while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

Training at an operating site will take 2+ weeks away from the home location, with travel booked and paid by Amazon. You may work 10-hour overnight shifts on a front-half or back-half schedule, with shifts assigned after you start.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives.
• Operate in environments with variable temperatures and noise.
