• Working knowledge of budgeting, financial reports, leasing, collections, resident relations, inspections, and vendor oversight.
• Proficiency with AppFolio or comparable property management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to onsite teams.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, and resident retention.
• Review property performance and budgets with Property Managers.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Inspect properties and coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships.
