Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is seeking an Area Manager in the Irving, TX region to lead and develop a team of site managers and drive profit and sales goals. The role reports to the COO and includes oversight of Rental Car Site and Operations Managers.

Expect extensive travel across a multi-site area, with accountability for financial success, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics. Strong leadership and a hands-on, results-driven approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites and managers.
• Proven ability to build labor plans to match transaction forecasts.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills at the management level.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites and drive profitability.
• Review site dashboards, labor plans, and turnover metrics with site leaders.
• Coach Site Managers and Operations Managers; develop a bench for the area.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and respond to client needs.
• Travel to sites to ensure performance and conduct quarterly business reviews.
