Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field OR equivalent leadership experience
• Proven experience in a managerial role with multi-unit healthcare management

• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
