Qualifications

• Must complete required trainings and assessments (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to implement business goals and coordinate staffing and workloads.
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality and safety standards in the area of responsibility.
• Lead, coach and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties and providing feedback.
