Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity and analyze business reports.
• Train associates on policies, procedures and safety; ensure compliance.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback and coaching.
• Act with integrity and hire/promote talent; foster belonging and collaboration.
• Serve customers and members by delivering results and using data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvements and adopt new technologies.
