• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and analyze productivity to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain safety and quality standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify and address associate, customer, or supplier concerns and implement corrective actions.
