Job summary

Qualifications

• Alternatively, 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associates must attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor and manage productivity and ensure quality and safety standards in area of responsibility.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective actions to resolve.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and providing feedback.
