Qualifications

• Minimum one year supervisory experience or two years logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups to implement the business plan and manage staffing and scheduling, coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, monitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in hiring, coaching and evaluation.
• Maintain quality and safety standards, ensure associates are trained on policies and procedures, and monitor compliance.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience

2 years Walmart Logistics experience
