Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with supervisory experience or Walmart logistics experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement the business plan and manage staffing.
Monitor productivity and ensure QA guidelines, safety, and inventory integrity are followed.
Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties, giving feedback, and coaching.
