Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in variable temperatures and loud environments, with stairs in some sites.
