Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Hold a valid USA state driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor hourly workforce to achieve safety and quality targets.
• Manage safety, productivity, and on-time delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Operate in environments with stairs and outside loading areas.
