Minimum qualifications include degrees or Walmart logistics/supervisory experience as listed.
Willingness to meet preferred qualifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, suppliers and associates; implement area plans and goals.
Manage staffing, scheduling and workloads to achieve facility targets.
Monitor productivity and safety; review reports and ensure policy compliance.
Lead, coach and evaluate associates and leaders; participate in hiring and development.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

Walmart Logistics Management experience

2 years' Walmart Logistics experience

2 years' supervisory experience
