• 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor productivity by reviewing business reports and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Train, develop, and coach associates and leaders, providing feedback and guidance to improve performance.
• Lead by example to foster integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
