Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and reviewing business reports and ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Identify and address associate, customer and supplier concerns and take corrective action where needed.
