Salem’s Fresh Eats is actively hiring multiple experienced General Managers and Area Managers to support our rapidly growing restaurant group in Florida. As a General Manager or Area Manager, you’ll lead one or more restaurants like your own business, build and develop a high-performing team, elevate guest experiences, and drive store performance through everyday leadership, hospitality, and integrity.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate diverse teams while maintaining professionalism.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles as needed.
• ServeSafe certification and company management certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional culinary or management training is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

• Oversee daily operations, including food prep, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Maintain compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize results.
• Conduct facility walk-throughs for safety and efficiency.
• Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Analyze performance data for growth opportunities.
• Promote specials and brand campaigns; build guest relationships.
• Achieve sales and profit goals while managing labor and costs.
• Maintain financial reporting and cash handling procedures.
• Conduct inventory audits and coordinate timely ordering.
• Collaborate with vendors for quality, cost-effective products.
