Job summary

Vale Healthy Kitchen in Florida is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy, health-focused fast casual location. You will hire and develop a team, manage day-to-day operations, and own the P&L while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in restaurant management, a track record of controlling labor and food costs, and comfort with tech like POS, scheduling, inventory, and reporting. Nights and weekends required; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
