Qualifications

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours on shift.
