Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan for area of responsibility and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals including production, quality and safety.
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and reviewing business reports.
• Ensure associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitor compliance, and maintain procedures and documentation.
