Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze productivity with reports and metrics.
• Ensure associates are trained on policies, safety and procedures.
• Identify concerns and take corrective action with stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching.
• Foster belonging and teamwork across diverse groups.
