Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management).
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; participating in hiring and promotion of employees.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally or in writing.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals including production, quality, safety, and improvements.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet demands for workload and performance results.
• Review and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements or risks.
• Ensure area compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards and directives.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback, and support training and growth.
