Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues and resolve client needs.
• Schedule, direct, and manage production teams to meet contract specs, budget, and schedule.
• Lead safety training and site safety oversight across multiple crews.
• Review timecards and assist payroll accuracy.
• Monitor cost reports and budget variances for contracts.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on client communication and large projects.
• Support business development through client referrals and relationship building.
