You will engage the team during shifts to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, collaborating with safety, engineering, and HR to meet objectives.

The role requires managing a union-like environment with flexible schedules, and a Bachelor's or equivalent in engineering/operations or related field, plus relevant experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
