Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Charlton, MA to lead a team of hourly associates and drive safety, quality, and productivity across shifts. You will engage your team during their shifts to meet customer delivery promises and standards.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating with Safety, Engineering, and HR, and helping ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels
