Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to develop plans to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours
• Work in variable temperatures and weather, outdoors in loading areas
• Climb and descend stairs where required for sites with stairs
