Amazon.com Services LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly staff, drive safety, quality and on-time deliveries, and partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business goals. You will mentor the crew, manage performance, and adapt to a dynamic shift environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 2+ years of Amazon experience) and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.
