Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates across our MA operations. You will engage your team during shifts to uphold safety, quality, attendance, and performance, ensuring on-time customer deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.

You will partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to align plans with business goals. The role requires managing a large frontline team, guiding daily operations, and adapting to varying site conditions.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• A Bachelor's degree or International Equivalent, OR 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience, OR 6+ years of Military Experience.

Aufgaben

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in an environment where noise can be loud and temperatures vary.
