Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor hourly workforce to achieve safety, quality, attendance and performance targets.
• Ensure on-time customer delivery and meet delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business objectives.
• Support a safe work environment, lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods.
