Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Experience with performance metrics, lean tools.
• Experience managing 20+ employees.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience across retail, manufacturing, logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and weather; some sites outdoors.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
