Job summary

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and Human Resources to meet objectives, lift up to 49 pounds, stand up to 12 hours, and work in variable temperatures and outside loading areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
