Job summary

Cloud Cleaning seeks an Area Manager to support our commercial and residential cleaning teams in Tyler, TX. You will lead by example, train technicians, and ensure crews have the supplies and information they need to perform at high standards.

Your duties include coordinating schedules, covering shifts, onboarding new accounts, and communicating concerns to leadership. You’ll help ensure new accounts start strong and client service remains top quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading cleaning teams in commercial and residential settings.
  • Ability to train staff and coach employees on standards and safety.
  • Willingness to clean and assist teams when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support commercial and residential cleaning crews on site.
  • Coordinate schedules, training, and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Ensure vans are stocked, equipment is available, and supplies are proper.
  • Assist with daytime shift coverage and last‑minute job assignments.
  • Communicate staffing, supply, quality, or scheduling concerns to leadership.
  • Help new accounts start strong and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
