Qualifications

Responsibilities

Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
Monitor and manage productivity and ensure quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and take corrective action in collaboration with others.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
Collaborate to attract and retain talent and foster a culture of belonging.
