Job summary

Prestige Maintenance USA, Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager in Bloomington, IL to oversee daily custodial operations for assigned locations. You will supervise cleaning teams, coach staff, hire and train personnel, and manage scheduling, payroll, and budgets to meet client requirements and company objectives.

You will build strong client relationships, promote service quality, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA guidelines while maintaining a professional company image.

Qualifications

• Business Administration degree or equivalent with emphasis on management, customer service, or operations training.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar or related role.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising and coordinating work activities of cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Coaching and training team members to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Hiring, training and development of employees; scheduling and payroll processing.
• Develop long-term client relationships and ensure service delivery meets client and company objectives.
• Maintain professional image and ensure adherence to company policies at field level.
• Manage area-related budget, monitor expenses, and coordinate with Purchasing for supplies.
• Oversee daily operations, audits, account visits, and reporting to management.
• Cover shifts as needed and ensure service levels are maintained or improved.
