Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of teaching staff, ensuring quality, accreditation, and an exceptional center experience for families.

You will recruit, develop, and engage a high-performing team, drive revenue and customer retention, and build collaborative relationships with families, schools, district leaders, licensing authorities, and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and lead multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors as needed.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
