KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Area Manager to lead teaching staff, drive educational quality, and grow the business across centers. You will recruit, develop, and engage a talented team, ensuring accreditation and high-quality experiences for families.

Expect operational oversight, portfolio management, and revenue-driven decisions, with strong collaboration with families, schools, licensure authorities, and partners across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a multi-unit environment.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors as needed.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
