Smoothie King is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager in training to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Pleasant Valley Township, IA. You will assist the General Manager, train staff, and help drive store performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with POS systems and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in hiring, developing, and leading a passionate team.
• Use operational tools to achieve excellence and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Review store environment and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Manage cash activities and uphold brand standards consistently.
• Drive implementation of company programs and support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Smoothie King.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• The desire to be coached and mentored.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full weekend availability and weekday night availability.
