Job summary

Advance Cleaning Contractors is seeking an Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations in the Toledo area. This hands-on role requires supervising multiple crews, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our quality standards.

The position works Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with overtime and occasional weekends. We offer a full benefits package, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone, with starting pay at $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial janitorial, facilities management, or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support multiple commercial cleaning crews.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of customer facilities.

• Build positive relationships with customers and respond to their needs promptly.
• Handle staffing issues, call-offs, scheduling adjustments, and employee coaching.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate reports and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
