The Facilities Group Hawaii is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Area Manager to lead field operations in Honolulu, overseeing client accounts, building strong teams, and ensuring top service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory experience in janitorial/housekeeping or related service preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Tagalog or Ilocano) helpful.
• Must be able to drive daily to client sites and have a valid driver’s license with clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, train, certify, motivate, and supervise a distributed team of janitors.
• Audit inventory and deliver supplies to client sites; inspect work and coach team members.
• Manage labor and supply costs within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and home office to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
