Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple Mint Cannabis dispensaries in Michigan. You will drive sales, lead store management teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver a best-in-class cannabis retail experience across locations.

You will travel frequently between Michigan locations, coach leaders, monitor performance, and partner with marketing to enhance customer engagement while upholding Mint's culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cannabis operations or management experience in the Michigan market.
• 5+ years of retail management, including 2+ years in multi-unit leadership.
• Proven track record in sales growth and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan cannabis laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Store Managers across multiple dispensaries to ensure consistency and strong team performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations and conduct audits/inspections.
• Foster a positive work environment aligned with Mint Cannabis values and travel between locations.
