Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years supervisory experience.
• Industrial/medical technical experience or AA degree in electronics/biomedical tech with related years.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train subordinate personnel.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays; occasional overnight travel.
• Ishihara color vision test required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technical Services for an area (10–25 clinics, 7–15 staff).
• Manage area financial metrics and data integrity in systems.
• Coordinate with Directors, QA, and Operations on initiatives.
• Supervise repairs on water/dialysate systems and related equipment.
• Recruit, interview and hire Technical Supervisors and Biomed Techs.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and OSHA adherence.
