Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment, dialysis equipment, and the physical plant across an area that typically includes 10 to 25 clinics.

You will ensure compliance with FMCNA policies and local regulations, manage a team of supervisors and biomedical technicians, and partner with Operations, QA, and Education to meet safety and performance goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
AA degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred.
Certification programs within 24 months (e.g., BONENT/CHT/CBNT) preferred.
Minimum four years supervisory experience in a technical/industrial setting.
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to train and mentor staff; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical services for an area of 10–25 clinics.
Ensure safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of water treatment and medical equipment.
Manage area financial metrics and procurement activities.
Coordinate with operations, QA, and Education on cross-functional initiatives.
Maintain data integrity for management systems (PeopleSoft, Kronos, Service Database).
Supervise recruitment, training, and annual performance evaluations of technicians.
Lead vendor management and service contracts and ensure emergency contact data is up to date.
Participate in audits and implement corrective actions for technical deficiencies.
Assist with DeNovos, relocations, and renovations as needed.
