As a Digital Beauty Advisor, you'll be the brand's voice on social media, engaging with consumers and building a vibrant online community.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with followers across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive community.
• Providing insights and strategy recommendations for public channels.
• Participating in training sessions to stay updated on social media best practices.
• Crafting personalized responses to consumer inquiries.
• Recommending innovative ways to influence purchasing decisions.
• Escalating critical complaints and contributing to problem-solving.
• Suggesting content and engagement strategies based on trends.
• Staying informed about emerging social media tools and platforms.
• Maintaining a 100% reply rate and adhering to response time goals.
• Monitoring KPIs and maintaining high consumer satisfaction.
• Offering schedule flexibility, including weekends.
• Documenting product issues for improvement.
• Accurately entering data into CRM and survey systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of social media engagement experience
