AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager for our after-school programs in the San Ramon, CA area. You will provide multi-site operational leadership and ensure program quality.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $70,000–$75,000 based on education and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, life, and PTO; deep discounts on tuition.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a related field
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and child-focused

• Experience overseeing multiple school locations
